Mathew Brady was a famous photographer, but he didn't like doing it taking pictures also he would hire people to do it for him. For example one of them was named James. They would take pictures of the civil war. ( May 18, 1822- January 15, 1896
Photography let people know that was going on in the battle fields and let people see what is on the battle fields. Mathew Brady was known for his potraits , and they would celebrate his potriats that he would do.
They would call it the Mathew affect of accumulated advantage, described in sociology is a phenomenon sometimes summarized by the advantage that " The rich got richer and the poor got poorer. "
