Storyboard Text

  • It's midnight on a cold and lonely December night. The speaker is up late reading, trying to forget his sorrows.
  • Just as he begins to drift off, he hears a tapping sound. He thinks that it is someone at his door, but when he answers it, no one is there. He whispers, "Lenore," into the darkness, but there is no answer.
  • Lenore?
  • The speaker becomes afraid, but then realizes that the sound is coming from his window. As he opens the window, a raven flies into his room!
