Im having shortness of breath, is something wrong with me?
As i arrived to school I notices my shoulders were in line with my neck, this is not normal.
I decided to do some stress managment!
i made sure to let my shoulders drop, and close my eyes to block everything out.
i went to a quite and relaxing place. i took ten deep breaths as my body was relaxed!
Once i was back from my quite and relaxing place I was ready to make my speech, which was what made me so anxious! hurray!
