Storyboard Text

  • Emma works at a animal shelter and she has a huge problem! A dog has a broken its paw!
  • Problem
  • I can help. I'm Emma, a volunteer here at Bark shelter.
  • My dogs paw is broken!!!
  • Research
  • Emma went to her favorite diner that night and thought of all of the possibilities that she had to save that dog. She also asked around to see if anyone else had some ideas.
  • What should I do? I know that dog is gonna need a expensive cast.
  • Emma hypothesized that she could set up a fundraiser for the dogs broken paw!!
  • Hypothesis
  • I hate to tell you the bad news, but the cast for your dog's bone structure will cost you $1,000...
  • I don't have that kind of money right now. What should I do?
  • Observation
  • Emma observed that her hypothesis was on the right track.
  • So I want to host a fundraiser for your dogs paw. I was just wondering if that is ok with you?
  • Of coarse it is. I also want to thank you for helping out.
  • Analyze
  • Emma analyzed that her hypothesis was correct! The fundraiser was the solution. Also they raised just enough money to get the dog a cast.
  • Hi everyone! Welcome to the National Bark Fundraiser!
  • Bye, thank you for all your help.
  • Bye, no problem.
  • In conclusion it all worked out, the dog got the cast and Bark Shelter got a bunch of donations for animals that don't have homes.
