- Today we will go back in time to the Renaissance era. To see a artist, inventor, scholar, and explorer.
- I’m Leonardo da Vinci. I’m and artist, and many other things. I’m most famous for my 2 paintings the Mona Lisa, and The Last Supper. My artist eye opened Up new ways of looking and thinking about the world.
- I’m Williams Gilbert, and I’m an inventor. I figured out magnetism, and electricity. I also published “De Magnete” the first scientific book in English literature. That was a huge success.
- I’m Martin Luther. I’m a scholar. I began the postestant reformation. I translated the the Bible into the language of the people which changed the leaders and followers. I changed Christianity.
- I’m prince Henry the navigator. I sent expeditions to explore the west coast of africa. That led to the trade of gold, and soon after slaves. Later discovered the route from africa that took us to India by sea.
- Well that is the end of our time travel to the past. I hope you liked meeting everyone we learned about.
