- Fortunato and Montresor are having an argument and the Montresor wants revenge on Fortunato.
- Climax
- The conflict is that the Montresor wants revenge on Fortunato and Fortunato keeps saying Amontillado would do better than you.
- Falling Action
- The rising action is when Montresor takes Fortunato to the catacombs. Fortunato is not aware of what is going to happen.
- Resolution
- Haha hehe
- Montresor chains Fortunato to the wall in the catacombs. Fortunato screams for help, but Montresor doesn't think anything of it. Nobody can hear Fortunato scream.
- Fortunato is still chained, but he stops screaming because no one can hear him. Montresor throws a torch down in the catacombs and finishes sealing the wall in front of Fortunato.
- Montresor finishes the wall. A voice starts talking to him and Montresor is scared. He yelled to Fortunato, but got no answer. Fortunato is dead.
