Storyboard Text

  • Mary Anne Bell arrives to Vietnam with Bright, Sweet, and new attitude to see her boyfriend Mark Fossie and his crew. In the beginning Mary Anne is unaware of the danger that is around her and how insane it really is. But she eventually finds ways to get used to the camp.
  • As Mary Anne Bell gets deeper into the soldier life she becomes more tougher than what she used to be. She starts to understand that in order to survive in Nam she would have to change her personality and the way she does.
  • As the story moves on Mary Anne Bell and Mark Fossie go through their issue with each other which winds up them breaking up. While Mark Fossie trys to make things work with him and Mary Anne Bell she starts planning an ambush behind his back WIth Rat Kiley.
  • Later in the chapter, Mary Anne Bell is seen missing and no one knows where she is not even Mark Fossie.
  • Where is Mary Anne at?
  • Mark Fossie and his crew finally sees Mary Anne Bell and sees that she kills three men that were viewed as intruders. (Mary Anne learned another survival rule that if an intruder trys to sneak in a tent you assassinate them.) Mark Fossie starts to realize that this was an ambush all along.
  • Throughout the last part of the chapter Mary Anne Bell becomes more distant from Mark Fossie whichs ends up her leaving and vanishing. This was a huge problem for Mark fossie because him and Mary before the killings were supposed to set up their engagement.
