Ruben admits to Vienna he still misses her.
You can borrow my car to see her you know?
Vienna stays up all night long texting Ruben reminiscing of everything they had together. They realize, they can no longer be apart.
Bye mom! I'm heading to the gas station for some snacks.
Be safe out there!
Vienna texts her friend, Emir, who is also friends with Ruben and complains about how they've never met because she just entered high school and she's doing online school until she's allowed back.
At work, where Ruben and Emir work together, Emir let's him know he can take her car to go see Vienna for the first time. Emir understands their situation. Emir like Vienna was in a relationship with an older man and knew it wouldn't be accepted by her parents.
Vienna leaves for a walk to the gas station where she told her mom she was going for snacks but in reality is going where Ruben agreed to meet up.
