  • Hi, I am Charlotte and I have decided to live a healthier lifestyle.First, I will need to shop for healthier food.
  • Week 2
  • I love Swimming!
  •                            Week 3
  • This is fifth position! 
  • Eating healthy is important, and not only helps you lose weight, but also is good for your bones and muscle to keep you strong and healthy :)
  • Week 4
  • I love working out!
  • I am Charlotte's workout trainer, helping her reach her excersice goals sooner!
  • Swimming is a good option for working out as well, as it helps work your core, and it also helps burn calories. It is super lightweight as well. If you are injured this is a good working out option
  • Week 5
  • I love cooking healthy meals at home!
  • Ballet is great for your core, you are most likely going to sweat alot. It is a good workout option, and helps get you on the right track to healthy living.
  • Week 6
  • Working out at the gym is important because you have the accessibility to work out many muscle groups, and having accountability by having a working buddy :)
  • Also, cooking meals at home is important in living a healthy lifestyle, as you are able to cook less greasy foods with less preservatives.  And, you are able to add the healthier oils and spices when you cook at home.
  • At the end of the 6 weeks, It is time to weigh in, and see how much progress I have made. It is good to see all the hard work that I put in!
  • After, hard work I have reached my goal and am living a healthy lifestyle!
