"There are people in our lives we can't trust. One of those people in my life is my father. Is there gorilla glue for fathers?"
Sugar is waiting for Reba to come, she is late. She notices a little girl crying because her dad wants to take her dog to a shelter where they will probably kill him. His name is Shush and the little girl's dad mistreated him by kicking him. Sugar didn't have any money for food so she told the guy at the pet shop she would do publicity for him against food.
"I can't keep him, take care of him and when he will be older tell him Jenny loved him and that I am sorry for what happened"
The bank came and took Sugar's house away from her because Reba didn't pay the taxes so they kicked her out. They threw all their stuff out on the road and left Sugar and Reba on the streets.
Reba leaves Grace place (shelter) because there is a nice job in Chicago. Sugar is waiting for Reba to come and get her but she is 2 hours late. When Reba arrives she shows Sugar the message and realizes it's 4 weeks old.
Reba was sitting with Sugar when a guy came and started getting closer to Reba and hugging her. Reba was really scared and sugar too so she started screaming for help. The police arrived and took Reba and Sugar to the hospital. Reba is having a depression.
Later that night...
