The Spoils System was when Andrew Jackson believed that the Government needed to be more responsive to the public. Jackson the fired all of the existing Federal employees. He then replaced them with his supporters who were his close friends family and financial supporters. The impact of the Spoils System is that the kitchen Cabinet was made.

The Kitchen cabinet was when Jackson hired everyone in the previous office and hired unqualified people to run the cabinet.The effects was that the spoils system was made and people started to hate on Jackson. The impact is that everyone thought he picked favorites.
Trail Of Tears
The Nullification Crisis was when South Carolina passed a law that nullified the tax and threated to secede from the Union. Jackson then passed a force law that used federal troops to enforce the law. The effect was that they compromised and the impact was that the National Government was stronger and created more tension between the North and South.
In 1830 the Indian Removal Act was passed and the Congress made "Indian Territory" which is now Oklahoma. It pressured the Tribes to give up their land. The impact was that the Indians were leaving and the Americans could continue the Westward expansion.

In 1837 President Martin Van Buren removed 16,000 Natives West. Impact was that the Natives were out of American Territory now. Effect was the Americans could keep going on westward expansion.
The last battle Jackson fought was against the second bank which he believed was unconstitutional even though the McCulloch VS Maryland said that it was Constitutional. At the beginning of his second term Jackson removed all the money from the National Bank. The impact is that the people thought he was doing it for his own good and he was abusing his power. The effect was that it ended the National Bank for a little while.
