How Racoon got his marks

Storyboard Text

  • Once upon a time, racoon and his grandmother were at their home in the forest, and grandmother was asking racoon to clean with her.
  • Would you help me clean today?
  • However, Racoon was a lazy grandson, and did not want to help. He ran away, not wanting to help his grandmother out.
  • No! I want to go play! I'm leaving!
  • Racoon, don't leave me!
  • Into the woods ran racoon, exploring the forest and soon finding that he was lost! Along the path he went, alone.
  • Okay yeah that was a pretty stupid idea, Now I'm lost!
  • I want to go back home now!
  • Alone in the forest, racoon tries to make a fire to keep himself warm, thinking of his grandma.
  • As he struggles, the spirt of grandma racoon appeared to him, and makes the fire start in a burst of flame, burning racoon's hands!
  • I forgive you, dear child, let me help you!
  • He tries to wipe the ash off himself on his tail, and stains it. He wipes his eyes from the tears and leaves a black marking on them.
  • As punishment for not helping his grandmother, racoon is cursed to always have these markings. They are a reminder to listen and help your family members.
  • Oh no, I look very sketchy now..
