Kotler had received orders from his superiors, anybody suspected of being against the Nazi Party is to be arrested immediately regardless of race, religion or age. He took 40 men with him to the streets of Germany to carry out the orders.
Anybody that you suspect to be against the Nazi party is to be arrested immediately. IS THAT CLEAR?
Kotler had his men go into every meeting building and drag out anyone who seemed like they were against the Nazi party. He saw husbands ripped away from their families and friends turn against each other. He felt a sense of satisfaction seeing these scum get what they deserved.
