After being in the hole for the whole night, a women, along with a tall man, approached the warden. They told the warden that Stanley was innocent and should be released. Then she realized Stanley and Zero were surrounded by lizards and told them that was child abuse.
It smells like Sploosh!
The warden lied and said they tried to steal the suitcase, she also lied to Stanley's lawyer, the women, that Stanley was very sick, so he couldn't be released yesterday. When Stanley and Zero managed to get away from the lizards, the warden acted sympathetic, and as she went to hug Zero, she tried to steal the suitcase.
It was destined to go to Camp Green Lake.
Zero told the warden the suitcase was Stanley's. The suitcase just so happened to be Stanley's great-grandfather. The warden said it was impossible, and was shocked.
Stanley was then able to leave with the suitcase. Stanley didn't want to leave without Zero, Hector, and asked if he could come. Ms. Morengo, Stanley's lawyer, asked for Zero's files. The warden destroyed Zero's files because Zero was "nobody", so Zero was able to head home with Stanley.
On the way home, Ms. Morengo told Stanley the story of how he was proven innocent. She ended up helping Stanley's dad with a product that makes your feet smell good. It was a spray that smelt like "Sploosh".
The curse ended up being broken from Stanley carrying Zero up the mountain. It was a coincident that after the curse was broken, Stanley's dad invented "Sploosh". Stanley then had enough money from the suitcase to buy his family a new house. Stanley was sent to Camp Green Lake for a reason.
