A little backstory:

The six Mechanicals are working on a play to put on at Theseus and Hippolyta's wedding called Pyramus and Thisbe. the play is about two young lovers separated by their families.
This is Snug:
This is Quince:
His full name is Peter Quince and is the acting leader of the mechanicals. Quince chose the play, assigned the parts, and directs the actors as they rehearse. He also delivers the prologue at the start of their performance.
Quince is also a carpenter in day to day life
His full name is Nick Bottom and is one of actors in the play the mechanicals put on. Bottom has too much of self-confidence, and plays the lead part in the play: Pyramus. Even though he had the lead Bottom tried to claim all of the parts for his own.
Additionally in Act 3: Scene 1 Bottom's head turns into a donkey and the fairy queen Titania falls in love with him..

Snout is a tinker day day
Robin Starveling plays Thisbe's Mother in the play and seems to be a quiet character from what we know of him
Starveling is a tailor in day to day life
Tom Snout plays Pyramus' father unfortunately because they can't afford to build a set for their play, Snout plays the part of a wall.
He play's the lion in the play they put on

His full name is Francis Flute and playing the part of Thisbe even though he does not like his role.
Snug doesn't have a full name that we know of but he works as a jointer and calls himself "slow of study"
