  • I Want My Son To Be King Some Day!!!
  • Leave! We need you to leave. We can't let the king see you.
  • WHAT!!!
  • There was a boy who was born a prince. His father ruled the kingdom and heard that his son was either going to be a king or priest. And so he tried to guide him to be a king like himself.
  • What should I do?
  • Then they would protect the prince. He tried to make him never see sicknesses or any bad things such as death. So when ever the prince would go out of the kingdom they would send gaurds to move the sick or dead people away so that he would never see reality.
  • He snuck out and saw four sights. He saw an old man leaning on a stick. He saw a shrunken man because of disease. He saw a man who had died because of disease. Than he saw a wondering holy man.
  • Any Questions?
  • Are you a god?
  • Than he went on a search of truth self denial. And left his whole home, leaders, family, and etc. Just on a journey of self denial. And while this he was weak and ate so the teachers he was with heard about it and they were so disapointed they made him leave.
  • After that he went onto find the truth. So one day he sat under a tree to meditate. He meditated for 49 days and Mara a god tried to tempt him but then he went deeper into meditation and than understood the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth and became Buddha.
  • After all of this the Buddha released himself from the cycle of rebirth and suffering. And the Buddha had chose to stay a live in India to teach them his knowledge for 45 years. He answered a lot of their questions and said "That he is not a god, he is awake."
