Storyboard Text

  • Looks like a thunderstorm is coming, lets go inside.
  • Mahdi Hachouche: Thunderstorms
  • Dad I see a cumulonimbus cloud.
  • Dad how does a cumulonimbus cloud form?
  • It starts as a cold front and it updrafts from a cumulus cloud to a tall cumulonimbus cloud. That is how a thunderstorm gets to its mature stage.
  • Dad, I hear the thunder. What is thunder?
  • Thunder is the sound of when lightning hits the ground.
  • How is lightning made.
  • Lightning is made when many electrons surround the nucleus inside a cloud.
  • They also form from frozen bits of ice colliding into each other, and forming electrical charges.
  • Look the storm is gone.
  • That must means the thunderstorm went through its dissipating stage already.
  • It is pretty dark too.Alright, time for bed.
  • You're welcome son.Well, goodnight.
  • Wow,I learned a lot today.Thank you dad.
