The helper t-cells recognizes the shape of the viral antigen on the macrophages. The helper t-cells now will begin either a t cell response, or a b cell response
The T-cells become killer t cells
The killer T cells destroy the infected cells so that the virus particles inside the cell can not replicate.
The helper t cells will activate b cells then they will divide to make cells that can make antibodies, then the antibodies will recognize the shape of the viral antigen
The antibodies stick to the viral antigen of the viruses, that causes the viruses to clump together, and that will mark the virus particles for destruction
