  • The storming of Bastille occurred on July,14th 1789 in Paris France. It was a royal prison and there were 7 inmates. The people let them out and made them join the revolution.
  • The execution of Louis XVI happened on January 21st 1793. The french government was debating weather or not to send him to his death bed. The Jacobins pushed the French government to execute the king.
  • The reign of terror was a period of time full of violence. The conflict between The Jacobins and the Girondins put most people in France in fear.
  • The women's march happened on October 5th 1789. the women were protesting about high prices for bread. They eventually went to the king and convinced him and his family to come to Paris.
  • The immediate effect of the revolution is that the people will get what they want, The king being dead and a person to represent them.
  • The long term effect of the revolution is that people can look back and try and not do what they did to make the people happy.
