Lindsey had just spent an exciting weekend being with her family for dinners and having time to spend with friends at the beach. This was her third week at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She was exited about her senior year and was grateful that she got a full ride.
Lindsey liked to run on the beach about three times a week because it helped lower her stress levels and be happier.
"Yes I do have it, I put it on the fridge last week. I'll see you later on in the library."
"Hey Lindsey do you have your half of the rent? I know it's a few days away but if you have yours now it would be nice.
"I've been thinking. How is it you have so much time to get everything done? You work late almost every night, your homework is always on time, AND you somehow get rent money together at least a week early. Then you also RUN!"
"Well the place where I work is very helpful with scheduling me around my classes. I do my homework as soon as I get it and I try to save as much money as possible. With the running thing I just get up early. If I don't run or be active I will start to become very stressed and restless. If I am being honest a quarter of my rent comes from my parents and the rest is either from my job or money I started saving when I was younger from doing odd jobs.
