  • Have you got an idea about what you are doing?
  • Five times a week
  • No. You are increasing your calorie intake! How often do you eat a fastfood?
  • I just eat an hamburger and some fries...
  • It's very important to practise sport often. A five minutes walk is not enough. You have to do a physical activity at least three times a week during over twenty minutes. It's better than watching TV all the time!
  • I just do a five minutes walk every morning so as to go to school
  • Five times a week?! I hope you practise sports
  • Then, you have to follow a balance diet and nibble is forbidden! You have to eat fruits, vegetables and drink water instead of eating hamburger and drinking coke.
  • What's the aim of eating healthy and practising sport ?

  • The consumption of nutrients increases according to the power and duration of effort. Physical exercise by increasing energy expenditure is one of the factors wich help to fight against obesity. If you follow my advice, you will stay healthy, grow faster and have a longer life expectancy!
  • To stay healthy, eat at least five fruits and vegetables per day and practice a regular physical activity
  • But be careful, intense exercises or dangerous practises like doping related to you age or your level can increase the fragility of the musculo-articular system and cause accidents. Furthermore, it's very important to warm up and to stretch before a physical exercise.
