Pasuk 1- Moshe and Aaron said that hashem told them to ask if the jews can be taken out Pasuk 2 -Pharaohs response is who is this lord that is telling you to ask me if you can be taken out. He then says no
Pasuk 7-8- Pharaoh tells his officers and taskmasters to not give the jews stubble for bricks and they should collect it themselves. He also tells them that they shouldn't should make the same amount of brick they were making before and from this this they will cry out to G-d Pasuk 9 - Pharaoh tells his officers and taskmasters to make the jewish men work very hard and to not allow them to talk about matters against us.
Pasuk 10 - The taskmasters and the officers the jewish people that they have to get their own stubble. Pasuk 12 - The jews scattered throughout Egypt to find stubble. Pasuk 13 - The taskmasters pushed them to finish their work and said that the requirement when you were given stubble is the same is now.
Pasuk 15 - The jewish officers went to pharaoh and asked him why are you doing this to the jewish people ? Pasuk 16 - They also say that stubble isn't given to them and the officers tell them to make bricks but they can't make the bricks and from this they are beaten and the people are sinning. Pasuk 17 - Pharaoh says that they are not strict enough and they say let us go and sacrifice to G-d Pasuk 18 - He then tells them to go back to work and that they still will not be given stubble and they still have to make the same amount of bricks
Pasuk 20 - The officers met Moshe and Aaron out of Pharaohs presence. Pasuk 21 - The officers say that G-d should judge you because you have made us look bad in Pharaohs and his servants eyes, to make them kill the Jewish people Pasuk 22 - Moshe asks G-d why he is doing this to the people and why did he send him. Pasuk 23 - Moseh continues by saying that since G-d sent him Pharaoh has harmed the people and that G-d has done nothing to save his people.
