  • Lauren was walking down the street when she hit her head on a pole. after she hit her head she noticed she had trouble seeing and it was because her occipital lobe was damaged.
  • her first response was to drive to the hospital, because that's what her amygdala was telling her. but her frontal lobe reminded her that if she was having trouble seeing, she shouldn't be driving
  • stay calm. breathe. let's call Ellie.
  • her medulla oblongota reminded her to stay calm and breathe and to call someone that can take her to the hospital.
  • i remember my mom once told me about the brain. when i hit the pole i probably damaged my occipital lobe
  • once she got there, she used her hippo-campus to remember what her mom once told her.
