The Battle of Long Island
This island sure is small to be called Long Island.

The Battle of Bunker Hill took place on June 17, 1775. The battlefield was in Charlestown, Massachusetts. It was the first important battle of the American War of Independence. This battle ended up in a British Victory.
The Battle of Quebec took place on December 31, 1775. The battlefield was located in the Providence of Quebec. The American troops went to Canada hoping the Canadians wouldn't fight for the British. The troops suffered harsh winters on the March to Canada. Benedict Arnold led them in only knowing European style fighting. This Battle ended up a victory for the British.
The Battle of Long Island took place on August 27, 1776. The Battle of Long Island was in Brooklyn Heights, Long Island, New York. The intentions were to take New York from Britain. This battle ended up in a British Victory.
