  • Theocracy
  • God's word has all power and should always be used as the law.
  • Oligarchy
  • We are a part of the highest class and are of the only ones who can take action in politics.
  • Anarchy
  • Since no one is in power, we can do whatever we want whenever we want. Let's have recess all day!!
  • A theocracy says that God is the ultimate authority and they use religious law.
  • Dictatorship
  • Since what I say goes, pizza for dinner everyday regardless of your opinions!!
  • A certain group of people has full control over the country and they are the only ones that can have political participation.
  • Monarchy
  • What we say goes, we get what we want regardless of other opinions.
  • No one has full control over the country. This is like humans before there was any government. So since no one is in power, in a sense everyone is in power because they all are capable of having control.
  • Direct Democracy
  • We all work together to get a law passed that we vote for. The ability to vote one what we want in our daily lives is awesome.
  • A dictatorship is when one person or leader has complete control over everyone and laws.
  • This is when a king or queen is in power. During modern times, there is usually shared power with other parts of government. During historical times, they had all power in government.
  • A direct democracy is run by the citizens. They help with day to day governmental decisions.
