Storyboard Text

  • Sure
  • I just got my license. Want to ride to my house?
  • why
  • put your seatbelt on
  • Because if we get in a crash you will fly out of the windshield due to newtons 1st law. What goes in motion stays in motion
  • and if we do get in a crash the seat belt is made out of nylon and polyester so it's flexible but also very strong  it is made to be able to stop you from moving causing the least friction as possible
  • when the seat belt stops you Newtons third law every action has an equal and opposite reaction makes it so when you put pressure on the seatbelt the car senses that and tells the seatbelt to stop moving and pull back but as your body keeps going forward the seat belt pulls on you so the seat belt is made to stop the torso and the chest which is most of the bodycausing you to stop with barely any pain
  • wow you were right
