I very proud of you
After the fight that Lennie had with Curley, George decided to go to a store not to far away. He was trying to hype Lennie and forget what happened on the farm. Lennie was feeling guilty and couldn't forget the fight. George told him that he found another job not too far away from the farm and they could work for a while. Lennie asked George if they would go back again to the farm. He answered that yes but they need to get some money first.
After one month working on the job that George told Lennie, Lennie got into many troubles with his boss, but one day his boss couldn't resist anymore and decided to fire Lennie. Frustrated Lennie went outside of the building and he sat on the staircase thinking why he always gets fired in every job he's in. But unexpectedly Curley's wife approached to him. He asked her why did she came to visit him, and she told him that she broke with his husband and they were divorced. Then she begged him that she was in love with him, he couldn't believe it and he told her the same, so they decided to have a wedding for the next week.
When the married walk outside of the church, the wife told to his husband that her name is Stephanie. He smiled at her gladly of knowing her real name. George and Candy were waiting for them outside. They congratulate them, and George told Lennie that Candy and him have bought a new farm much bigger and prettier than the last one. He instantly told him to go to their new home, Candy replied to him saying that they will go in no time. When they went to their new farm Lennie told George that they did it, after months of struggling they finally achieve the American Dream.
