  • Election of 1828
  • (Andrew Jackson )
  • John Quincy Adams
  • Spoils System
  • Don't come back
  • Worcester v. Georgia
  • We are here to talk about cherokee in georgia
  • Andrew Jackson and John Quincy Adams were the Candidates involved. Adams was a National Republican why Jackson was Democratic (Jackson was the winner).
  • Indian Removal Act
  • you must leave now.
  • The spoils system is the use of the public offices a reword for political party work. I disagree with this because most of the time it took out good workers and replaced it with different people that might not even be as good.
  • Trail of Tears
  • The people involved were Worcester and the supreme court in the state of Georgia. Worcester was overturned why Georgia's law was considered unconstitutional. Worcester did end up winning
  • Jackson killed a man in a duel
  • The Indian removal act was the act when the Indians were forced to move west by away from their land. This happened because america wanted more land so they took it and left the Indians with almost nothing most things the Indians had was left behind.
  • The Trail of Tears was a the trail that the Indians went on after they were forced out of their land by America. Many people died on this trail from starvation small pox and many other desases
  • It is surprising that Jackson killed a man in duel and still was president. Jackson was in a duel with Charles Dickinson and Charles did lose
