This is Sarah, one of our subjects. Sarah had a baby 4 weeks ago. She is just returned back to work as a teacher. She had 4 weeks of unpaid time off. She was forced to return to work due to the financial strain her family was experiencing from her not working. Sarah is feeling depressed from having to return back to work. She is suffering from postpartum depression.
Sarah explores pictures of her babies when they were little and talks about her depression.
Sarah is at the park with her children. Films them playing together and films her with her children. Sarah reflects on how she thinks her baby was feeling when she had to return to work.
Narrator goes into facts about postpartum depression and how women are more likely to suffer postpartum without paid maternity leave. Narrator also includes facts about babies and how they may suffer in their own way.
