This storyboard does not have a description.
Since God has not borne us a son, we shall ask one of our servants, Hagar to have a child.
Sarah, I cannot work today because I am tired from my pregnancy.
Hager, you are worthless and unwanted. I don't need you to bear my child; I can do it on my own.
It's a good thing that I ended up trusting in God. I am so thankful for my son, Isaac.
Sarah was inpatient in God's plan and wanted it to move along faster. She thought she could make it go faster by taking matters into her own hands and asking a servant to have their child.
When will God tell what my vocation is in life? What does God want me to do? It is hard to wait for God's call.
Sarah becomes jealous of Hagar because she is seen as important because of her pregnancy. This makes Sarah mad and she drives her away by mistreating her.
God, it is so unfair that my friends got a new dog. I wanted a new dog. When will I get mine?
God always has a set plan for us in mind. For Sarah God eventually gave her a child named Isaac. Sarah just needed to be patient of God's plan.
We can be impatient with God when he has a plan for us. When we want something we want it now, but God sometimes makes us wait. We need to learn to be more patient and understand that God has everything in control. An example can be we are waiting to hear our vocation from God. This can be a long and tedious process, but we need to trust in God that he has a plan for us.
We can become jealous of others and we can blame the reason for our jealousy on God. We can believe that God is faulting us because he is giving someone else something that you have been hoping and desiring for. An example can be when a friend gets something, like a new dog, and that was something you were hoping and wishing for.
God always fulfills what we are wishing for, but we just need to be more patient and trustworthy in God's timing. Not everything is going to happen at the speed that we want, and that's okay because god purposefully planned it that way.
