  • I love my home; Africa, as much as a love farming rice. As a man of Africa, it's tradition for me to farm the rice.
  • During the Colombian Exchange, many African natives were taken from their home along with their traditions and diseases. This was all brought to The New World.
  • Little did the family know that they would be taken from their home by white Europeans.
  • Rice is nice and suffice.
  • These African natives' knowledge of rice farming, along with malaria were taken to The New world by white folk.
  • Are you reading to sail the sea, to work for me?
  • If I didn't know how to use a hoe, I wouldn't be a slave. I miss my family...
  • These specific People were brought to South Carolina along with rice seeds from their home, Africa. Here they were sold off as slaves to farm rice.
  • *CRACK*
  • The white Europeans treated the slaves very poorly. When the Europeans started dying from malaria, they bought over more slaves to continue farming. 
  • The white plantation owners became greedy for rice farming slaves for new wealth, and they took advantage of slaves.
