  • Yes dairy rpodcuts are the best source but other foods that contain it are fish, whole grains, meat, nuts and beans.
  • Adults like me need 700mg of phosphorus a day and children like you need 1200 mg a day.
  • How much should I be getting?
  • You can have a loss of appetite, bone pain, weight changes, anxiety, fatigue, stiff bones, fragile bones, irregular breathing, irritability, numbness and weakness.
  • What will happen if I do not get enough phosphorus?
