  • Today I am going to be teaching you about Positive Externality
  • Lets start with the basics, Positive Externality is a benefit of production or consumption that falls on someone other than the producer or the consumer
  • Lets look at an example
  • A gardener and a beekeeper are an excellent example of positive externality
  • A gardener who grows flowers provides benefits for the beekeeper
  • The beekeeper himself doesn't earn anything but the bees get a great source of nectar which helps make honey
  • That's it, thanks for reading and I hope you learned about positive externality
