  • What have I done!
  • A long time ago the sun and the moon were both In the sky at the same time. The sun was run by the god Apollo and the moon was run by the goddess Serena. It was bright all the time because the sun never went down. It was a peaceful time.
  • Climax
  • One day, Serena got jealous of Apollo because Apollo had all the attention being the Sun God, giving light to the world. Serena, being the moon goddess, got no attention because the moon never got any recognition.
  • Falling Action
  • Serena made an eclipse, which blocked all of the sunlight. The people were confused, and very scared that it was all dark and there was no light. They did not know what to do as they had never been without sunlight. Zeus saw the people in terror and he was very angry.
  • Conclusion
  • Hey Serena!
  • Realizing she was wrong, Serena moved the moon out of the view of the sun and sunlight shone brightly.
  • Zeus was still angry at Serena for blocking the sun, but he was very proud that she did the right thing, by moving the moon out of the suns way. So he told Serena that she would never see light again, but she would have her own time called night.
  • I am disappointed in you.
  • I'm so sorry......
  • That is why we have day and night.
