  • You may have supervision of the oil reserves.
  • Albert Bacon Fall then gave some oil companies access to these oil reserves. In exchange, they gave him and his family over $200,000.
  • Psst.. Want some oil?
  • The Supreme Court ruled the transfer of money illegal. Consequently, Albert Bacon fall was placed in prison.
  • President Harding died in 1923 before he could hear all of the scandal's details. However, his cabinet's reputation suffered because of this scandal.
