Romulus and Remus was sentenced to death. The servant carrying out the task felt pity on their lives and placed the twins on the Tiber river which carries the twins to safety. Later the twins were found and grew up to be shepherds.
The twins got into a fight with the shepherds which led to Remus being captured and taken. Romulus freed his brother and killed the king
The brothers argued about which hill they should start their city on. After trying to determine which hill was better by counting the birds, Romulus started building a wall around his hill.
Romulus got angered abut Remus making fun of his wall so he killed him. Later Romulus mournfully buried his brother. There are several versions of how Remus died. This lead to the founding of Rome.
The Sabine and Latin went to war against Rome. Eventually they came to a truce to form a rule of two kings. This truce was successful until Romulus caught them going behind his back. he other king was assassinated leaving Romulus the only king.
Romulus mysteriously disappeared. There are many different theories of when he died.
