  • New Moon:
  • I Herd that there is going to be a New Moon tonight!
  • Foof
  • I know... Look there it is!
  • Waning Crescent:
  • What a Sight!
  • First Quarter:
  • ZZZ
  • WOW!
  • The phase of the moon when it is in conjunction with the sun and invisible from earth, or shortly thereafter when it appears as a slender crescent.
  • Waxing Gibbous:
  • The fraction of the Moon's disk that is illuminated is decreasing. ... Waning Crescent - The Moon appears to be partly but less than one-half illuminated by direct sunlight. The fraction of the Moon's disk that is illuminated is decreasing. Both of them are the same in a way.
  • Full Moon:
  • The First Quarter Moon / Half Moon. The First Quarter Moon is a primary Moon phase when we can see exactly half of the Moon's surface illuminated. If it is the left or right half, depends on where you are on Earth. This First Quarter Moon is in the Northern Hemisphere and mirrors approximately the calendar symbol.
  • Last Quarter:
  • It falls between a first quarter moon and a full moon, and, it so happens, this upcoming full moon is a supermoon. Any moon that appears more than half lighted but less than full is called a gibbous moon. The word gibbous comes from a root word that means hump-backed. Both are the same, but they are just on opposite sides.
  • FISH!!!
  • The phase of the moon in which its whole disk is illuminated.
  • PRETTY!!!
  • I want more fish!!!
  • Third Quarter: The moon is one-half illuminated by the sun. Occurs when the moon's illumination is decreasing, Waning Crescent. The moon is less than one-half illuminated by the sun but less than one quarter illuminated.
  • MORE FISH!!!
