Although happiness just comes to some people naturally, others may choose to be happy, as evidence by historical reasons.
Is happiness a choice ?
Stephen Hawking-disabled 72 year old man, who was amazing in physics-couldn't move and couldn't do much, but that didn't stop him from doing things he wanted to do.
Hi I'm Stephen and I have ALS which is amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
He knew he was going to die anytime soon but he kept traveling the world and enjoyed his life. Stephen Hawking chose to be happy instead of being depressed because of his illness.
The Paralympics show us that even though you have a disability you can play sports and be happy. Disabled people may think that they can't do much they can't be like others, but the Paralympics showed them that nothing is impossible.
Disabilities isn't something people shouldn't be down about, humans find joy in the Paralympics and it makes them happy.
Happiness is a choice, but some may enjoy it by natural. Happiness may comfort you when you have bad times or when you need it the most, but it will come to you when you find it. It will never define or destroy you, it will always strengthen you.
