Ok guys so today I will be making Hungarian mushroom soup. (lists ingredients)
First we peel the onion and coarsely chop it. Then add the unsalted butter and saute the onion on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Then we add our washed, chopped mushrooms and saute for another 5 minutes.
Stir in the dill weed, paprika, soy sauce and chicken broth. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
In a separate bowl, whisk the flour and milk until combined. Then add to the soup mix and whisk until incorporated. Afterward, cover the pan and let simmer for about another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the salt, ground black pepper, lemon juice, parsley and sour cream. Mix together and allow the soup to heat thoroughly over low heat, about 3 to 5 minutes. Do not boil. Serve immediately.
