Another very busy day. I won't have much time to get all the data in. My manager might have to wait for the report and the valuable data analysis.
Let's start with preparing all the checklists. That's a lot of work. I wish I had a portable device and I could pull the checklist from an established database
Lower Production Deck Inspection check list 1. 2. 3.
I can't even use my phone to take photos or scan equipment QR codes; the phone is not ATEX (explosion-proof) compatible
Sarah has another very busy schedule. She thinks that she won't be able to deliver her report on time.

Inspection data 2
All my safety observations for tonight
Inspection data 1
Before heading to her first meeting, Sarah is preparing all the checklists for her busy night shift schedule. This is the start of the manual process she has to go through every day.
Sarah has other technology limitations. Due to the explosive atmosphere in most of the outdoor areas, she can't use her phone to take photos or scan equipment QR code.
At the end of her shift, Sarah now has a pile of data to catpure in the system.
Sarah's final products for the management team.
Sarah's ideal world, where she would have a suitable handheld device, enabling her to pull all forms associated to each task she has to complete. The data would be sync'ed directly on the company's cloud nework; upon her return to her desk, she would then access the data and create the requested analystics and reports quicker.
