Storyboard Text

  • Dante and Virgil see three boys hanging on a cliff as they are leaving the 4th circle of hell. These boys are looking for "treasure" which explains why they are in the 4th circle of hell.
  • Dante and Virgil left the 4th circle of hell and come upon the a marsh called, Styx. The people here are fighting with each other immersed in the mud.
  • Dante and Virgil leave from the marsh continuing their journey out of hell. Virgil tells Dante that those people are in hell and are overwhelmed by anger.
  • "Son, thou now beholdest. The souls of those whom anger overcame."
  • At the end of canto 7 Dante and Virgil come across a tower. This is a watch tower, in which demons are inside.
