Yes, I used to feel like Rachel does too when it came to going out with friends, but I have recently recognized I miss their friendship so I have been using them as a motivation to get better.

I really enjoy singing and doing karaoke but now I feel too ashamed to go in front of people.
Does anyone else relate to this?
I just remind myself that no one is judging me and that I should do it anyway because I love it.
I relate to that. I usually make myself go outside my comfort zone because I know it will only help me get better
