Macbeth is saying to Lady Macbeth that he has killed King Duncan. He asks if Lady Macbeth had heard a noise.
As Macbeth came out of King Duncan's room, one servant cried, “God bless us!” and the other replied, “Amen,” as if they saw Macbeth's bloody hands.
Macbeth thought he heard a voice cry, “Sleep no more! It is also saying that Macbeth is murdering sleep, Innocent sleep. This correlates to the three witches chanting a spell about how Macbeth will get no sleep.
