Storyboard Text
- Tom's dad was drunk and being abusive so he ran to poppy's (hi best friend) house and stayed the night.
- Tom takes Poppy into the laundry room at school and tells her about his diagnosis and the note his mum wrote to him but Jayden and Jonathan over heard.
- They find the note and feel horrible for all the things they had done to Tom. They call him in and apologise for everything. Tom accepts there apology.
- The following morning Tom runs to Poppy's house after his dad had just hit him many times. Poppy's mum came out and threw her arms around him. She said that she will try and sort something out and in the meantime he could stay there. It turns out that she arranged a court hearing for the following morning.
- The judge decides to charge Dave for child abuse and endangerment and sends him to jail. Poppy's mum also fills out adoption papers so that Tom can live with them.
- When they get home Poppy's mum shows tom his room and he bursts into tears of joy, he could finally have a normal life like he had always wanted.
