Calypso kept Odysseus trapped in her cave, because she was very fond of him. Although, one day Zeus made Calypso set Odysseus free so he could go back home.
On Odysseus journey, he ran into a cave and found himself eye to eye with a cyclopes. When the cyclopes seen him and his men he decided to eat one, him and his men had to blind the cyclopes and act as of sheep to escape to their ship.
The cyclopes heard Odysseus yelling and tormenting him, and he threw a hill top at their ship. The cyclopes was furious and called among other gods to make Odysseus journey home unwelcoming and he would be the only one to make it back.
On Odysseus rough journey home he had ran between Scylla and _____. He had made the decision to take the route closer to Scylla, killing more of his men.
When Odysseus had gotten home, he had seen some men trying to break into his house and fancy his wife. He had told the men they were all going to die, the men had fought to their death.
Once Odysseus made it into his home, his wife did not believe that it was truly him. He had proved himself by saying his bed was unable to be moved by anyone, because he had built the house around the bed.
