I'm here to apply for the position of the bank teller.
Hello, what job are you here for?
I just earned my GED.
Okay, great! So first question, what level of education did you finish?
I once had this customer who wanted a refund on something. The employees weren't authorized to do that without a manager there. I had to end up calling the manager and telling him about it after I calmed the customer down and explained that I wasn't authorized to do that.
Tell me about a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer.
No but I've worked as a cashier before. I got moved up to manager and had to handle the money drawer after every shift.
Have you ever been employed at a bank before? Have you ever worked with money?
I think the most important part is keeping your customers happy and helping them to the best of your ability.
What do you think is the most important part of good customer service?
Alright, thank you for your time today, we'll be in touch.
