  • The Attack on Fort Sumter started the civil war. Confederate troops fired on a Union fort.
  • The Battle of Gettysburg July 1863
  • The battle of Antietam alone was the single bloodest day of American history. The Union finds a copy of of Lee’s plans around three cigars.

  • The country loss its leader in April 1865. Lincoln was killed by John Wilkes Booth in a theater.
