So we'll accuse him of a wrong doing and he'll be fired. That job will be yours in the matter of no time.
The start of something new
The 3 patients pull Macbeth to the side and tell him that he'll be the chief of surgery when Duncan is gone.
Good news and Bad news
Macbeth goes and tells his wife that he heard he's the next chief of surgery but not until Duncan has retired. Lady Macbeth tells Macbeth that she has a plan.
An end is coming...
Macbeth meets with Duncan in the OR and tells him that his job will soon be his regardless of if he likes it or not. Duncan eventually gets fired and now Macbeth is chief of surgery.
Better luck next time.
The 3 patients ask Macbeth to come to them, they have something very important to tell him... The patients begin telling Macbeth that someone by the name of Macduff is trying to take his job from him but to not be afraid of any ordinary doctor (Beware Macduff)
The townspeople are boycotting against the new chief of surgery, they want him gone but Macbeth refuses to go down without a fight (Shall not vanquish until forest moves to castle)
Macbeth comes face to face with Macduff who says he'll be taking his job from him but Macbeth knows he won't lose his job to an "ordinary doctor", too bad Macduff isn't ordinary, he's a surgeon... Macbeth loses his job (Fear no one born of a woman)
