Do not worry, I will soften the meteor's landing by lessening the Earth's pull on it.
Do not worry civilians we will save you. We have the power of forces on our side!
On a planet far far away there lived four superheroes. The planet they lived on was... FORCEVILLE!! Little did they know they would end saving the civilians of a planet far in the distance.
I will, because meteors usaully contain iron and nickel and magnets attracts iron and nickel.
Oh no! Now it is just floating! Magnet Man why don't you use your magnetism to pull it down.
Earth was in great danger! The meteor was headed straight for them and no one could stop. But some could stop it. These heroes being Stretchy Susie, Gravity Gal, Magnet Man, and Fantastic Friction!
Like a slingshot!
I'm going to use my elasticity to fling the metero back into the Earth's atmosphere.
Don't worry I will use static friction to make sure I do not slip when holding it.
Once the heroes get to Earth, they immediately get to work to stop the meteor. Gravity gal comes up with the idea that she can use her powers of manipulating gravity so the meteor doesn't fall as it is because gravity won't be pulling it towards the Earth's center.
The day is saved!!!
Once Gravity Gal lessened the Earth's pull on the Meteor it just floated around because nothing was pulling on it. Magnet man used his magnetic hands to pull the meteor down to them so they could control it better. He was able to pull it toward them because of the iron and nickel. This is also called magnetism! Magnet man than hands it to Fantastic friction.
Fantastic Friction doesn't slip while holding the meteor because of static friction. Which is a force that keeps an object at rest. Stretchy Susie uses her elasticity so she can stretch and act like a slingshot and shoot the meteor back into space. But don't worry she will go back to her normal shape because that is how elasticity works!
Stretchy Susie's idea worked, she successfully launched it into space and planet Earth has been saved! Just another day of being a hero that has the forces on their side.
