storyboard for FMP documentary on Hoghton Tower.
My first scene/shot will be a timelapse of the car journey to Hoghton Tower.
Next i shall be filming different shots outside of the tower.
After this I will be showing my first and main interview with someone who works in Hoghton Tower. It shall be in there area of work ie. office. Or i may get them to stand/sit in a significant to history room or outside with the tower in the background. I plan to have a shallow depth of field, which will make the background blurry.
Whilst the interviewee is speaking, I will cut relevant photographs and videos over the interview. So there will be the voice of the interviewee and photographs and videos playing. This is so the audience don't get bored.
Then next scene will consist of the two events of which I filmed at. I will as the interviewee to talk a bit about each event, so i can use this as a voiceover. (Farmers Market and the Motorcycle Sprint.)
Now I am tying up the documentary by going back to the question i asked at the start. I will have gained my answer. I am thinking of saying something like, 'so now you know how the owners and workers here at Hoghton Tower preserve such a wonderful building by[.....]. Will they see you here at one of their next events?' Then I will end it with either an establishing shot of Hoghton Tower or a reverse journey down the drive.
